To reserve your complimentary Country Club membership for a day at Fawn Lake you must contact your Fawn Lake sales consultant prior to visiting in order to assure availability. Offer is only valid for the addressee, unless prior arrangements have been made with a Fawn Lake sales consultant. Your Fawn Lake sales consultant will be able to plan your activities around your visit. Depending on the day you visit not all activities offered may be available due to planned golf course events, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. All planned activities will gladly be rescheduled at your convenience if such a circumstance takes place. During your visit your Fawn Lake sales consultant will facilitate and accompany you on your planned activities unless otherwise stated when setting up your visit. If currently represented by an outside real estate agent/broker this must be disclosed to your Fawn Lake sales consultant and your agent/broker will be required to accompany you during your visit to Fawn Lake. Fawn Lake Discovery Package, rates are the same for one or two people and are subject to change without notice. This price includes tax. Cost does not include travel. Notice of cancellation must be given 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge equal to the cost of one night's room accommodations, including tax. A two-hour presentation with a New Home Consultant is required. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is guaranteed.
